THE PROCESS

  • Inquire with your date, venue, vision, and a little about you two. I will confirm availability and send next steps.

  • I will recommend coverage that fits your day. Choose what feels right & we can tailor details as needed.

  • A quick chat to align on vision, timeline, and priorities. We will make sure we are the right fit.

  • After our call, you will receive your HoneyBook portal with proposal, contract, and invoice in one place for easy review.

  • Sign the contract & pay the retainer to secure your date. Your day is officially on my calendar.

  • We craft a simple timeline, share inspiration, confirm key moments, and connect with your planner or vendors as needed.

  • About a month before, I’ll reach out to confirm your timeline, photo list & final details so everything runs smoothly.

  • I document your beautiful story with a calm presence & clear direction where it matters. You enjoy every moment.

  • A few days after your wedding, you’ll receive a preview gallery of highlights while I finish curating the full story.

  • Your curated online gallery arrives with favorites, downloads, and print options. Easy to share with family & friends.
